It is accustomed for a person to show gratitude to his or her neighbor. This is a scenario that can be seen in a school especially during the month of October. During this month the entire country celebrate the Teachers' day to show gratitude to its teachers, who spend their time in teaching students good manners and right conduct, math, science, ICT and more.

World Teachers Day 2019: This day is observed on October 5 every year with an aim to improve teachers’ situation in the world. It was decided in the meeting between UNESCO and the International Labor Organization in the year 1966.

World Teachers Day 2019 is not only a special day for teachers but also for students. On this day, the teachers and retired teachers are honoured for their special contribution. In the year 1966 ILO and UNESCO in their recommendations had said to make proper guidelines regarding the status of teachers' rights, responsibilities, their initial preparation, further education, recruitment, employment and teaching.


The Theme of World Teachers Day 2019 is Young Teachers: The Future of the Profession. Its objective is to suggest government to make teaching a profession of the first choice for young people. On this occasion, UNESCO has invited school principals, teacher unions, parent-teacher associations, education officials, school management and trainers to share their wisdom.

Vigan City Town Fiesta Celebration

       The Vigan City Fiesta is held in honour of St. Paul the Apostle, the city’s patron saint, on 25 January each year. Locals and tourists gather to experience and see the street dancing, carnivals, food fairs, and arts and crafts, adding to the attraction of this UNESCO World Heritage City. Vigan’s main church, the Metropolitan Cathedral is dedicated to St. Paul and it stands at the core of the Archdiocese of Nueva Segovia. Reflection

    In our subject which was TLE, we learned how to again use Adobe Photoshop CC 2018 and we also learned how to use Word Quest.     some of the problems I encountered are that I cannot focus enough when sometimes it is our classmates' turn to discuss about the lesson so sometimes I just imagine something that would make me at least smile a bit and the fact that it hard to study with all this different questions in my mind but I know now the answers, luckily.   studying is not just getting high grades during tests and examinations, it is the way you study the subject.   Moving on, I will try to study hard this time but sometimes laziness make me not do it but I know I can do it because I have the determination to do it. Like the Great Winston Churchill once said " Never ever ever give up.
