“Education is a weapon, whose effect depends on who holds it in his hands and at whom it is aimed.”
This Third Quarter a new set of information was given to us by our beloved teacher Mrs. Evelyn Vera Cruz. I again manage to to scrape through this with a little help from my friends. I also encountered many problems this quarter most of all, difficulty in paying attention during discussion.

My agile brain work functioned again when  the teacher showed us how to use Microsoft Frontpage. This show how to make web pages.


Moreover, I must keep my cool and control to this thing right. Not only for education but for my Family's expectations, and for the love of God, who made all things in Earth

Vigan City Town Fiesta Celebration

       The Vigan City Fiesta is held in honour of St. Paul the Apostle, the city’s patron saint, on 25 January each year. Locals and tourists gather to experience and see the street dancing, carnivals, food fairs, and arts and crafts, adding to the attraction of this UNESCO World Heritage City. Vigan’s main church, the Metropolitan Cathedral is dedicated to St. Paul and it stands at the core of the Archdiocese of Nueva Segovia. The major Catholic educational institution in Vigan that stands beside the church is also dedicated to the patron, the St. Paul College of Ilocos Sur.
