Stress

             Many high school students are currently suffering from this. Not only during classes but also after classes where they do their homework, project and thematic. This also gives us students a hard time in thinking and also in making a hasty right decision.

             Stress has many origins. It may be physical, social, mental and many more. There are many ways in coping up with stress liking walking with a dog, relaxing, listening to lounge music and many more. In severe cases one should go to a psychiatric surgeon or to  a psychologist.

             Lastly, it is best to do things that makes you happy will also relieve stress. In love, looking at the picture of a loved one will help release natural painkillers in the body. Learn to love and you will be loved.

Vigan City Town Fiesta Celebration

       The Vigan City Fiesta is held in honour of St. Paul the Apostle, the city’s patron saint, on 25 January each year. Locals and tourists gather to experience and see the street dancing, carnivals, food fairs, and arts and crafts, adding to the attraction of this UNESCO World Heritage City.
