Nutrition Month “Kumain ng wasto, Maging Aktibo, Push natin ‘to!”

“Health is Wealth”. Life goes on day after day so we must take care of our health and body because we only live once. Food is connected to Health and Nutrition because food is one of the basic necessities for us humans to live. No human can last at least a week without food except of course when a person is on fasting and if that person has difficulties in life which is so big that he or she doesn’t want to eat as a form of penitence.
Nutrition month is celebrated every July of every year. As a form of celebration the school has activities in celebration to the Nutrition month like the Nutri-Jingle, the Food fest, Poster slogan contest and many more. The celebration aims to encourage people to practice a healthy lifestyle.
Another important reason why it is important to practice a healthy lifestyle is because many diseases are now common nowadays like Flu, Dengue, Common Cold and many more so we must strengthen our immune system to combat diseases that can kill a person who has low immune system.

Draft#3       Our National Hero Jose Rizal famously stated The youth is our hope for the future because he believes that if the present generation committed some mistakes, the next generation might as well undo it. It offers a vision of the child as an individual and as a member of a family and community, with rights and responsibilities appropriate to his or her age and stage of development. The Philippines as a State Party to the Convention has the obligation and accountability to undertake all appropriate legislative, administrative, and other measu...
Kannawidan Ylocos Festival Ilocos Sur is a beautiful province located in the northern part of Luzon. It is a province rich in culture that represents the ancient Spanish and Filipino heritage. To show and share their treasures to the whole world, the locals conceived a festival that highlights these cultural traditions and they called it the “Kannadiwan Festival”. It is a celebration that lasts from the last week of January up to the first week of February. Included in the course of events is the commemoration of the foundation day of the province. On the opening day, there is usually a mass held at the St. Paul Metropolitan Cathedral. It is followed by a procession of the Patron Saints of the 40 parishes and images of Jesus Christ and Virgin Mary around the city. It is the Ilocanos' way of giving thanks to the Almighty not only for the bountiful blessings but also for the rich heritage of the city, including the close family ties among the Ilocanos. Reflection “Education is a weapon, whose effect depends on who holds it in his hands and at whom it is aimed.” This Third Quarter a new set of information was given to us by our beloved teacher Mrs. Evelyn Vera Cruz. I again manage to to scrape through this with a little help from my friends. I also encountered many problems this quarter most of all, difficulty in paying attention during discussion. My agile brain work functioned again when  the teacher showed us how to use Microsoft Frontpage. This show how to make web pages. Moreover, I must keep my cool and control to this thing right. Not only for education but for my Family's expectations, and for the love of God, who made all things in Earth
